Fast Print Signs & Apparel Returns Policy
At Fast Print Signs & Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Special Orders & SALE Items:

All special orders, including club and custom apparel, are non-returnable.

Items purchased during a SALE are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please ensure all details such as sizing, colours, and designs are correct before placing your order.
Store Credits:

Once your return is inspected and approved, a store credit voucher will be issued.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

No refunds will be provided to card or cash — store credit only.
How to Return:

Returns can be made in-store or shipped back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include your receipt with the return.
Defective Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@fastprint.au.

We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.
